Urban Vines Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at vinesurban7@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item of equal value, subject to availability.
